I’m not sure if lists are easier to read in their separate parts or why people seem to like them, but this stat definitely makes picking a headline or choosing your next article a lot easier.
When you work out your next article try to include a number in the headline and create a list.
3. The average word count of top-ranked content on Google is between 1,140 and 1,285 words.
This is definitely one of those key blogging stats to keep in mind when writing your articles. The key is not just to have super long articles but to keep your message natural and provide great quality content for your readers.
Think of what will be useful to the end-user when writing, more information rather than less is likely to be better received.
4. Using images in blog posts gets 94% more views.
Looks like images make a really big difference in whether your blog post gets looked at or not. Using an image won’t ensure your blog’s success, but it would seem that not including an image would be detrimental.
There are a few places where you can get decent images for free which you can use while you’re starting out. Pexels are really good, and so is Pixabay. There are a few others you can look for but these are my favourites.

Looks like video is growing in popularity as well. It’s understandable as images and video are both easily consumed, so include videos where possible as well.

That is a lot of readers! And a lot of content. So don’t worry about putting out too much, there is no such thing. You could be writing 100 times a day on your blog and it would not hurt it.
